Olive Convention Centre Reviews

Excellent opportunity to learn and advance your knowledge

My day start at 8:00am at work, starting with checking emails and respond, planning my day ahead and having a priority list aside. Greeting to management and staff as the arrive, manager to get update on work pending and duties to be carried on that day. Day proceeds as I execute on duties in a timorous and efficient manner. My experience taught a lot of things including planning, managing, prioritizing and quick decision making. I enjoy being part of the vision and helping implement it at my level of employment. The most challenging aspect of my job was, working late hours , sometimes finish 3:00am in the morning when we were having events days but am happy i had to experience those working hours because its help me today to work from home if its means with no hesitations. I am looking forward sharing my experience with a new team and learning more from them.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long hours

Good job but I can't make a living with it

I only work two days a week which is usually Friday and Saturday, getting paid 20 Rands per hour and I'm only working eight hours. Its a good place i meet good people and i always give them ge best service. Permanent stuff is friendly as well as the superios.

Pros: Great place to get experience in a service industry
Cons: No promising future
