Am very computer literate

My Experience working at old mutual was and still is the best. As i was the PA of the boss i use to interact with his employees at all times. My relationship with the co -workers was good i used to understand them a lot some of them i work with them do some of their work for them. I have learnt to treat everyone with respect and all of them in a same way I have learnt how to talk to clients and how to solve a complaining client i have learnt quite a lot of things I enjoyed making traveling appointments again working in groups and again the Friday Braai and when we sit in a group coming up with ideas of how to attract clients. The most challenging Aspect of the job was to make sure that each and every adviser submits 5 or 6 cases i had to make sure that they are doing their work correct and submit on time I go by the name of Bridget Anne Leghlo Am 23 years old I live in Soweto Zola Ext 3 Am a single young woman Kindly Regards

Excellent service

Being on the field service makes me fully equipped with unique set of skills, which ensures that clients need are met and exceeded. I have great communication skills and good understanding of many different systems.i work well under pressure and respect other people 's views and opinions. What i like about sales is the challenges i have meet most , makes me very responsible to my life

Pros: as i like sales, marketing and work with different sectors, i hope company will be more developed and create more jobs. i like to be an asset of the company and give much views and opinions

Excellent service

My expirience at Old Mutual

I would say get a typical work day when a client lays a complain and my boss is not there to answer all the questions and because I am the assistant the I have to attend the client and they'll be swearing and shouting. My relationship with my co-workers is good and I learnt a lot from them, I've learnt how to deal with clients, I've learnt how the system works and all their admin. what I enjoy most is that I get to meet different kinds of characters and its a challenging aspect of the job, we deal with different kinds of people, some will just make your day very bad one, some will just brighten your day. But this job make really created in me a very patient person, stronger than I was before and I'm able to tackle most of the challenges I come across in life whether personal or at work.

Pros: The adavantage of this job is i get to travel alot with the adviser.
Cons: The disavantage is that i work on commission

Excellent learning curve and an opportunity to make wealth

Its a very busy challenging job, where one can learn new and have a better knowledge about financial institutions and more -especially about ones finance and the countries. Its a working environment where one gets to meant new people everyday and make a good financial bond with colleague's. I have learnt how the finance of the country should be and how to manage my own finances and as well as helping my client to make wealth for themselves and their loved ones. I Enjoy helping people and seeing change in ones life because of me, and meeting new people Meeting arrogant people is more challenging

Excellent experience

i create new opportunities and build relationships with my client and most of the time im out of the office looking for new clients . and the most importance thing that this job has taught me is self discipline and respect time and you have to be a good team player

I have learned a lot about working with different types of people with different attitude.

Its more of a self improvement situation working for that company. Meeting new people who are your clients looking for your service and u always expected to deliver and go beyond boundaries when it comes to customer service and that alone teach you dedication to yor job to work with passion .

Pros: Development and promotional opportunities are there because as an employee you given a chance to to study further and work within the company.
Cons: Yes there are long working hours sometimes

Excelent leaning curve and experience.

Cynthia is a very dedicated person and who make sure that she does not go to sleep until the task on hand is done and finished on time , I worked for oldmutual company for three years as financial adviser and had a good relationship with co-workers and client as I always believe in good and healthy relationship with my co-workers. I strongly believe in team work so I take every one's opinion seriously and make sure that I treat every individual equal because I learn that each person is different . I enjoy coking and reading . my most challenging aspect of my job was my first time presentation. I was so nervous and not sure where to start , because presenting your company is about knowing your company well and believe on your self.

I love the sales and marketing invironment,I leant every day, the caliber of management I have is supportive and they would make you feel inspired every time, I'm able to handle pressure and work under pressure, I always want to be at peace with my colleagues, I'm able to with a team and individualy, I have daily plan in weakly plan it makes my work easy, I have leant days are not the same, I don't get discourage with one of no production, I have to plan well for the following day, I enjoy working and people or customer service I feel fulfilled after I have done it,the most challenging expect is when you have no alternative plan when your plan is not yielding results u I become frustrated

Pros: Development to become a future leader in the compuney
Cons: I do work long hours to catch or have night shift appointments
