Learning curve

A typical work day consists of administration support for GM and Execs on a daily weekly and monthly basis. Relationship with co-workers: I am a team player, friendly, have a good working and social relationship with co-works. What have a I learnt at work, was to be patient with management, have a positive outlook in life, be helpful at work and assist where a need arises. What you enjoy most at work is to add value, have a good working relationship with management and colleagues, assist where a need arise, especially with reports to be submitted and add value to the office by being approachable. Most challenging aspects of the job are the Likes & dislikes of colleagues and management and Crisis management, remains challenging!

Pros: Great place to work
Cons: To work extended hours. If you plan better, you won't have to work extended hours.

Working closer to home

Please see my CV for the job spec I'm currently doing. Currently appointed as a Snr Administrator and I'm an EXEC PA to the GM Corporate Affairs. My typical work day consists of small projects, such as Book Launch, Stop Hunger, Nelson Mandela Day, etc. Quarterly Conferences - run with all logistics from presentation slide skills to production team etc. Daily basis - normal admin duties and have 1 x subordinate (Office support) reporting into me. Work most of the time independently and on my own. I am a team player and an organized person. Reason for applying for a job on the West Rand is mainly to work closer to home - traffic is hectic towards Sandton area.

Pros: Benefits within Old Mutual is fantastic
Cons: Traffic challenging towards Sandton and time spend on road travelling to and from work

Good learning curve

Its hard to work in a common only environmen. The remuneration was not pleasing the were no employee benefits. It is a very difficult industry to work in. The target is reachable but there claw bags were also a demotivating factor to an individual. There is no time for personal time it's all work,work work

Great learning curve

My name is Busisiwe Ntuli. I would like to be given an opportunity for this position. I have a strong sales background both internal and corporate sales.I am a very target driven individual, I understand the role on this job and I can adapt. My CV shows that I have moved from a Telecommunucation environment to a Financial sales environment. I can strongly say that I am able to adapt. Excellent client service

A typical day at my company that I no longer for is. Logging in at eight Working in a contact centre Answering call but also Dealing with written queries and responding via e mail Using AWD to get work in as well as a specific mailbox Liasing with other business units in order to resolve queries. Calling clients back to make them aware that their query is being worked on. In order to resolve client queries timeously you needed to have a good relationship with your colleagues. The most challenging part of my job was ensuring that when clients never got paid ontime for whatever reason that we could push for a same day or day after payment. Closing time is normally at four thirty.

Excellent learning curve

Lots of opportunity for growth, friendly culture and working environment In HR at the moment, one could do with a proper operating model, vision and direction. It is a nice company as there is flexi-place and flex-work and lots of like-minded HR professionals to work with. I enjoyed having autonomy and designing new frameworks.

Cons: Large company so it can get a bit complex
