Good company culture. Some departments are over encumbered because processes aren't running smoothly. Gives you many opportunities to learn in your job role. The companies working hours and their ability to accommodate the needs of employees are satisfactory.

Pros: Many opportunities to learn and allows you to pursue personal growth.
Cons: Some departments are not well organised.

Excellent learning curve and I grew very much as an independent leader

Day starts by recapping on performance up to date and motivating the team. Plan for the day and get markting intiatives.comunicate qith area manager and head office on support we need.I love the team spirit we where like a little family.I learnt that every contribution,no matter how small does get the team to.success and the overalls team success can be a huge motivator for each individual

My Review

Currently i am in A HR Support function role. The core function of my position is to provide HR Support to 48 Sales branches around Western Cape particularly to ensure that their branches are on Manpower. This will include Recruitment, Contracting, Exit processes from the business and any assistance with any HR Related queries. My relationship with co-workers in office is great, i believe that working as team can accomplish more work to be done, although i have no problems working entirely on my own. I have extensive amount of recruitment experience and enjoy working with different people everyday including my stakeholders and candidates. My main focus is to steer away from recruitment as focus on increasing my skills and knowledge in the broader HR Functions.

Cons: High sales Targets due to retention in Sales
