I have learned that good communication is one of the best weapon to make a company grow .

It's was very good and sometimes challenging. And I like that because its equip my mind to become an effective worpon in what I am doing . I was feeling very happy because we were able to communicate to each other ,respecting and shearing different views to support the vision of the company. I can work alone or as a team because I have learned that if I am working alone , maybe there is a problem I am struggling to solve I ask , sometimes I learn from my mistakes. And I have learned that if you show respect to everyone, you usually work productively. And I was feeling very happy when my superior comes to comment about my work because through that I am able to see whether I am giving a value to the company or not. And I was very challenged by working few days per weak because I was earning small money to support myself.

Pros: I started working when I was being called sometimes once a weak but they ended up taking me to work three times a weak.
Cons: Long working hours, it was 7:30- 21:30

Good team working spirit

I am working as a part time worker every Monday to Wednesdays from 7:30-9:30. We are working as a team and having a good communication to each other, respecting each other and we do appreciate if someone is comming with new ideas. We are a commited and a happy team. I enjoy working as a team and alone. If I am working as a team am able to share views and discuss it to come up with a solution. And when I am working alone I am able to understand where am I weak or strong and able to learn from my mistakes the be more equipped. I do like to be told how have I worked each day so that I would be able to see how am I supporting the brand of the company. And I do not like when I am not getting told about my job.

Pros: Fistly I started working during saturdays but now I am working 3 days per week
Cons: Long working hours
