Excellent learning curve
Since i have started working at Okhahlamba Local Municipality i have learnt a lot especially to work with different people with different behavior. Since i have been working with the community i have learnt to know how to treat them in the way that will make them happy and i also learnt how to engage with such different people. The first time i found challenges was where i was working at committee department where my colleague was giving me a lot of work to do with no instructions being given but that helped me a lot because i learnt to multi task and to perform duties alone. I enjoy to take minutes when i am in the meetings and also i enjoy to give opinions whenever we are working as a team.
Pros: i have learnt so many things in this company because i came in knowing only the theory, so it helped me a lot to gain experience in various departments.
Cons: sometimes you work with people who doesn't value your effort but that helped me to know how should i expect on working environment.

Excellent
It is a very huge company by the way. I have learnt e lot from this company. The relationship with co-workers was very good because we were assisting to one another in order to show productivity in the company.
Pros: in this company we have three departments namely, traffic departmen,social department and technical department. all this department are dealing with different duties but they are under one company

I am hard working, professionalism, good leadership role, intellectual capacity and trustworthy individual. I am looking forward on gaining lot of experience while utilising my skills and knowledge on your internship program. I am focused and self-driven by an unfailing ambition to succeed. I am responsible and always eager to learn and develop myself further. With the initiative that I have, my dream is to stretch boundaries, improve on my weaknesses, while growing my strengths, skills and knowledge. My strengths are that I am self-motivated, have a good interpersonal skill. I am effective in what I do, I am goal-orientated, team-player, fast learner, assertive and can manage time. I am skilled in planning and organizing, communication, administration and computer literate. I am a disciplined and dedicated young woman who is able to work under pressure and minimal supervision to all tasks are completed in time.

Exellent learning curve
Wonderful opportunity to gain experience and grow as an individual. There are flexible working hours. Great staff and easy to approach management. However as a small municipality one tends to at times feel under-worked.

Self dedicating and hard working person.
I was doing anything regarding electricity e.g faults finding, maintainance,repairing electrical equipment, designing of electrical circuits, doing house wiring,etc. My relationship my coworkers was good and professional. I have learnt so many things regarding electricity and the importance of being safety during work and around people you working with,because the safetyness of mine and others is in my hands. I enjoyed working with my collegeus,we worked as a solid group and besides we loved what we do and we were keen to learn more. The most challenging I faced was when we went to a site and where we have to dig a hole of 10cm per person and plant poles to make a Lv line and when we were installing cables and I managed to work under any circumstances I was facing.

Learning place for all
like any work place it is bit challenging when dealing with dozen of employees but when you are people's person it becomes easy so its enjoyable to be part of this organisation. my relationship with employees is amazing I'm actually friends with everyone. I have learn how important it is to help others
Pros: opportunities are available of which it puts me on a better place of finding something solid

In my current company i've leant batho pele principels.
eim a goood learnenalso early to ake thing, my relashinship with m co-workers was very greatfull, nicely iam a sweety person alos good in accepting challenges and opportunities that come up through the way. i can work under every pressures.
