Excellent work environment for learning

I learnt a lot from Okeef and Swartz because before that,I had no experience and couldn't handle pressure but now I can do it. I know how to communicate with people and I can handle pressure without any doubt.Okeef and Swartz is a good work environment to work in but ,there are some bad days where you feel like u can't deal I can say because of the working hours and the monthly income they just make you to work hard and earn less .

Excellent learning and development environment

I have 5 – 6 years experience facilitating and managing training workshops for young people and adults in the Insurance sales call centre. I have strong relationships within my workplace (with learners, educators and managers). My strongest attributes are; workshop facilitation, Sales Training, Sales Manager, Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Engagement, Training and Events co-ordination and management, Project and programme management and Leadership development, public speaking, staff development, program development, organizational development and governance. I am very passionate about education, running projects or programmes that improve the lives of people in South Africa.
