Excellent learning experience.

From opening to closing you work everywhere and with everyone. From purchasing to receiving to filling the atm's. Customer care and packing and reorganizing the floorspace for new stock. Checking waste to experiment with new recipes with a fast paced work environment. Eat on the go and always on your feet.

Exellent learning curve

i love retail, and i am very good at it. i have a good but firm relationship with my employees and drive them to get the most out of them possible. i enjoy interacting with my customers and reps that visit my store wile trying to get the best service possible for the store. managing my budget is definitely the most challenging aspect of my day as the owners want to spend as little as possible and still expect the biggest turnover.

Pros: its a passion and i get payed for doing it
Cons: no opportunities for promotion, no benefits and very long working hours
