Well i come across different criels and tribulations, in regards costomers satisfactions, i have learned that i need to respectwhatever a customers opinions. Which result to the statement that says "customer is always right" because i need them in order to make profit for business at the end of the day. I have improved my level of experience in process of working as a team. Well i believe that in order 2 build a good relation all we need is respect to each and indivisual. The most challenging part is that i turned to find myself losing interest of my Job because we are over working, only 1 day off in a month and when you should take that day off it's also a problem. At the end of the day worse our salaries are not good for current secriefieses we end up making for the company.

Cons: These alot of over time, but at the end of the day you don't see the need of working those particular hours because u don't benefit from them.

Excellent learning

My typical work day was to enjoy my work. My relationship with my co workers was very good. Team work isn't very important . I enjoy customer service. When goods are not delivered in time to the customer

Normal day

Manage the well being of 12 branches with +- 8 to 14 staff per branch. Assist with all customer queries and any complaints. Manage the stock holding of each branch. Ensure all sales staff are actively involved with sales related issues. Most important of all is to ensure max profits are obtained and that expenses are kept to bare minimum trough managing the staff below me.
