Gaining new things is the highlight of the job that I do.
Each day the targets are met or nearly met if they receive motivation and they work with a smile. Understanding people's personalities and attributes helps in gaining their trust and loyalty. Respect for colleagues gains you the same respect and they hardly reject instructions because they know I will commend them for any job well done. I am kind but I have learnt that some people can take advantage of that so I have a limit in being friendly with subordinates so I can maintain a balance and to get my instructions carried out. I enjoy seeing targets met and when tasks are finished on time. Working with too emotional people has been the most challenging aspect of the job because they take everything personal although the need to do that is unnecessary.
Pros: keeps me on ny toes as customers with different issues need assistance

Stock take , Receiving ,GRV's,performing orders from the supply,Despatching,
With the experience that I have as a Stock control clerk I make sure all the DU codes are same and correspondent with delivery note.The boxes numbers mach with the ones on the system and the items are not damaged.If doesn't I have to call the supply to report it immediately or send them back.I have to make sure the stock is received accordingly and there's no rejected boxes.The damaged stock need to be wasted or send back to the supply .(it depends on which stock).The stock must be in their original packages and well packed.As a Stock Controller I have to make sure everything is in order to avoid misunderstanding between my colligues.
Pros: the company make sure the stock is equal and there is no shrinkage
Cons: it prevent fraught by installing cameras

The Stock Controller clerk must make sure he received the right stock and all the boxes match the number on the Delivery note and the systme.The DU's are matche with the ones the delivery note . The drivers name must appear on the note and a signature of the Despatche clerk must be included.The packages must be on the original packages and well packed in the boxes or pallets.Paper work must be filled and the copies must be left in the premises.The proof of delivery must be filled in full.If there's any damaged stock,the Stock controller must let the supply.
Pros: great communication skill

I studied at Waterberg fet college, I worked at simulation enterprises offered by the college as. Receptionist, I worked again at Lediitse primary school as Admin Clerk, I also worked at Ohk furniture as Admin manager.

Hardworking
I was working at OK furniture Monday to Saturday 07:30 to 17:00, I was working as Admin Manager and I had a good relationship with my subordinates, I learnt lots of things concerning management, I was enjoying to handle customer queries because I was too soft to them, the most challenging aspect of this job was to wake up at night attending the alarm call out in the store.

Excellenting learning curve
I have learned to handle pressure and able to work well with people .the training that I was attended were do useful to me me helped me how to deal with tough situations and how to resolve them. I have worked well and always meet the target I was suppose to reach months and I was a honest employee always attend at work and never be on my employers bad side
Pros: but for promotion no! the wad no grouth the salary was nit enough for me
Cons: hours were rite unless if its up to u to work long hours to cover your work load but there wad no money oaid for you fr thay

COMPUTER SKILLS WITH EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF MS WORD, EXCEL, EMAIL, TYPING....
It needs passion and hard work, i have earned myself a great relationship with my current colleagues of which it makes things very simple. I have learned that hard work and dedication pays. Meeting the target, is what i enjoy most, sometimes it is very challenging meeting the target.
