I learn a lot even though I worked for one month only, because I worked during holiday

Well working at OK foods was a great opportunity to me, the corporation is great, the team work as well as the participation among workers. I worked my full hours and over time if it means, I normally have my lunch everyday. The part I liked the most at OK foods is that everyone feel welcomed there's no decriminalization in any way.

Pros: Depending on how you willing to learn more, the more I learn fast how to do things the sooner I get promotion.
Cons: Not more than 8 hours unless its over time.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth as an individual within the company.
Cons: I prioritise my responsibilities, so I have clear idea of what is needed to be done, that effectively help me to manage time, stress and pressure.

Moving out of my Comfort zone

Everyday of my life at work I prefer a challenge. As a person Assistant to the Director I feel more of myself when I'm given too much work to do that just sitting not doing anything. I make sure that each an everything have been done correctly before it is handed to the Director. Arrange meetings, taking minutes, make sure his dairy is up to date and moving to the departments making sure that everything runs smoothly. My co-worker are very hard working and I love the fact that they made me to be independent as it was not easy and even moving out of my comfort Zone. My challenges was when I need help and no one is there to help me.

Pros: Great Position to grow in the Company
Cons: All day

I am responsible for the stockroom controlling picking and sorting , packer , cashier , deli server

Okay so from the day I started at OK food's has been a very enlightening experience for me to be honest. I started as a packer soon I learnt how to operate the till and not long after that I was able to assist as a deli server , I also do stockroom controlling picking large amount of beverages for our other store's as well as fulfilling any duty given to me without hesitation. I enjoy my work environment because i'm the young gun around here so to say taking the best of my youth to fulfil any duty at hand

Pros: I'm young and ambitious.
Cons: Nothing is a challenge for me.

Experience gained in new field

I gained alot of experience working in retail. I have excellent relationships with all my coworkers. Im responsible for procuring all the stock for the store.

Excellent experience gained

Starting at 07:00 clock every morning,doing cash ups bankings and going through my mails,telephone screenings and doing pick ups.float changes was the most exciting part because some cashiers were still new so we had to do it everyday.The most challenging part was handling of petty cash because it had to balance everyday.I have learnd how to deal with difficult customers and good customer service.

What

what I learned is to work with different people and customer.Sometime it's so difficult because always customer is right.They will swear at us but I will keep quiet even to apologise for what I didn't do.I learned a lot about the customers that u must be patient with them even if u know that they are wrong but u have to keep quiet for the sake of the job.I've learned to work hard and to satisfy the needs of the customer.
