Day starts at seven, already planned and focus for a days work, organise, planned. Sometimes it does not go as your planned. But it does not through you off track, yet you keep your head up high and walk in with a smile and a greet. For you know your boss have a lot on his mind. But still you bring the joy into the place where you spent most of your time. There is no time to be rude for we have to work as a team, cause this is a fast growing bussines. What I have learnt is to become successful, openmnided. Humble, strong and certain in my words. For my words can built or break the growth of a successfully deal. Most challenging for me is to handle Hr, payroll. For your staff is also the team you have to work with to build a successful bussiness. For so many come with their own personality and different back ground.

Pros: To grow in be successfully unto the highest position in a firm and be so trustworthy for the boss to know everything is being handled well
Cons: Not to work by time but by progress, time cost money but securenessbrought victory
