Excellent Learning Oppurtunity

The company is beautiful and like most companies, it has its ups and downs but I am a firm believer in making the most of what you have an dif you push through the noise and really communicate with everyone at the company you will find the opportunity to grant you the knowledge and industry experience quicker than most. I will suggest staying away from the politics and focus on what you are great at to be able to stand out and really make an impact if not you will be left behind.

High Performance Culture

Advertising is a high performance culture and can be all consuming if you are not accustomed to it The end result of successful award winning campaigns is a high point - but this comes at a great personal cost You learn very quickly and have the support of those around you You get to meet a diverse type of workforce with some highly interesting and often unusual characters

Pros: Diversity of people and skills
Cons: added pressure from poor planning and internal processes and communications
