Excellent Career Opportunity

I successfully completed a B-Tech in Human Resource Development and National Diploma in Management of Training. My experience is on Skill Development Facilitation and Administrative Assistant. My reason for applying for this post it is because I’m interested on becoming Training Facilitator in your company. I have the ability to work under pressure overtime efficiently and effectively, individually and in group.With the skills and knowledge I have I can work in every operation across Human Resources Development or Management and Administration. My professional skills includes a very good training facilitation skill, good presentation skill, good financial skill, good Computer Skill (in the use of Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) good negotiation skill, problem solving skill, good communication skill, good interpersonal skills, team work, research and report writing skill.

Typical working day, good interpersonal relations, conflict resolution.

working here is only interesting when there is an event. there is no acknowledgement of good work. the atmosphere is always gloomy because of how management treats the workers. it is frustrating most of the time for juniour staff especially when you have a document to be signed and there is no manager or no one is left acting. absolutely no opportunity for growth

Communication Skills: I have excellent communication skills (verbal and written). I am always clear, concise and focused; i am able to tailor the message for the audience and listening to the views of others. Teamwork: I am a team player; I have the ability to manage, delegate others and take responsibility. I have ability to build positive working relationships that help everyone to achieve goals and business objectives. My team working skills can make the company operate smoothly. My great strength is that I have the ability to complete the project on time and meet the project's requirements. I am flexible, positive-thinker, courageous and dedicated. Leadership: I haven’t been in a management position before, however my current position gives me an opportunity to demonstrate potential by motivating teams and colleagues at work. I am able to assign and delegate tasks well, set deadlines and lead by good example.

Best place to learn about the public sector

On a typical work day, you deal with queries, submissions, recruitment Relationship with co-workers is one of mutual respect and we work as a team I have gained so much over the past year, being exposed to so much, and being exposed to the different functions of HR

I started working at HR as an intern but now I am on contract

Great office space, we like family

I work well with my current colleagues we are a family, we have coffee breaks and chit chat about anything, every week my supervisor allocate what should happened that week, and i always make sure my work is done on time, content edit, updating our intranet and internet, every year we revamp the website with my group of developers, sharing our skills it always nice to work in groups. The most challenging thing about ny job is when our systems are very very slow we can hardly do anything those days.

Pros: Learning so much, exanple i didnt know how WordPress works but i do now

Excellent environment

Excellent the office is tasked with a function to over see other provincial department and provincial government workings, therefore a certain element of prestige and authority with working there is a perk on its own

Excellent learning curve

it is good to work at the premiers office , the working environment is so good , i wish i was taken for a permanant position. the employees are good we work as a team. i have learnt a lot at this office like capturing payments and attending courses like protocol management, archives in records managements,logis .i enjoy the opportunity they give us to attend courses. i dont see any challenges.
