I love working at the company as the hours in convenient.

I currently work in a small family orientated contact centre. I love working at this company because of the love that the people portray. A normal work day would be to follow up on all customer complaint, make sure to contact the necessary people involved. We need to ensure that all the people knows whats happening on a particular complaint in order to keep everyone on the same page and happy. I will work through another 2 spreadsheets and do filling. I have learnt so much since I've been with the company as I did not have any experience in the business. Most importantly I love doing what I do as I am a person who likes to manage my time accordingly. The most challenging part of my current Job is that here is unfairness towards certain people. I believe that every employee should be treated the same. At the present moment here is no place for growth as its a basic small company. The hours is convenient for me as I am a mother, wife and a home - owner.

Pros: Hours in convenient if you a mother, wife and home-owner and your husband work long hours
Cons: No place for growth

Was a nice environment to work in and the people were great as well

ghghjgWas a nice environment to work in and the people were great as well, however the actual workloads and tasks assigned were not by any means difficult at all and thus siting idle proved to be the biggest challenge to me personally. However I would gladly recommend anyone starting out in a contact center to apply.

Pros: easy workload, great hours
Cons: Boredom, repetitive in nature, not challenging

Learning new skills and experience daily

I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked at ODiTY SA. I am thankful for having learned so much in the time I have worked at the company. The company has a great sense of what customer service should be and how to deal with customer complaints on a professional and efficient manner to ensure the best result for the customer and the company

Pros: Always discovering new procedures and skills
Cons: The work place was too crowded
