Excellent learning curve

Working at my current company, first of all taught me to work amongst a lot of team members which was at first quite challenging which I accomplished quite well and did build relationship with them as well as the consultants. A day mostly consist of capturing policies, scanning and renaming of the policies. I also do reception as and when required. Challenges are limited and growth in the company not really an option. I am a vibrant outgoing individual and I long to be more interactive with customers, thus the reason to apply for this position. I do have medical reception experience as well as a lot of administration skills which I obtained in my previous positions. I am hardworking and reliable, we are understaffed and I start most mornings already at 06h00 and stay until the work is done. Although no overtime is paid, I still am the one to give it my all.

Pros: Learn to be accurate in work
Cons: No promotion, overtime, long working hours

Looking for a challenge and new experience where I can grow

Tax consultant at Odin with no growth prospects . I'm self driven with a flair for detail.ive been here for 6:5 years in the same position.i do the company tax returns vat as well as the tax for Botswana. I'm motivated and think out of the box .I work independently ,have great understanding of individual tax as well as company tax. . Can perform compromises and VDO.. file objections and reviews. Hardworking and self motivated

Excellent learning

Good company where you learn lot of things on how to work with your colleagues and on how to talk with clients. Although the challenging part was dialing cold lead to make appointments and to convince the clients to take insurance on the other hand it fun because I have learnt lot of things like handling aggressive customers. I've also learnt lot of things from my colleagues because it was nice working with them n I had a very good relationship with my colleagues and my manager.

Cons: Calling cold leads
