High exposure of work in all fields.

Typical work day: On my daily basis i perform my routine duties which includes telephone, appointments, meetings, emails and make the logistical arrangements and filling if needed. Relationship with co-workers My work place is not a big organization so the relationship with our fellow colleagues is good we are like family. Enjoy most: My work is my 1st priority i am a hard working individual, a quick learner and also love challenges and a team worker, so i enjoy working with different people from internal to external stakeholders it motivate me build my strength. Challenge: To deal with difficult personalities coming in and out of the office space

Growth

Odi Hospital has not only given me experience but it has broaden the love for my job as a nurse and enhanced my relation with patience. >A normal day at work is a busy day attending to patience needs and reaching our daily goals, beyond that overtimes are taken to fulfill all the tasks at hand for the day. >At our unit we were more of a family and team work always made it easier for us/me to complete the mandated task as each and everyone in the team was cooperative. As a team leader I lead a great team and always met our unit objectives. >I have learned to work and deal with different people (in the team) and different patience with different needs and health conditions. I have learned to cope under pressure and be more patient. I have also learned more quality leadership skills. >I enjoyed being part of a progressive, responsive and most reliable team, and as a team leader it gave me joy leading such a team. >The most challenging part of my job was not being able to meet the targets.

Pros: Room for growth
Cons: Low pay

Excellent learning curve.

Great opportunity for recent high Schoolers or graduates to learn about working for the government. The employees are very welcoming, the facilities are average. There is a lot of bureaucracy in this organisation and in government.

Pros: Good working hours
Cons: Difficult to be a full time employee
