Ocsa is a busy company and over the years I learnt to always be on your feet don't wait to be told what to do rather just jump into it and that for me to be able to serve our clients better I should start by treating my colleagues with centricity and respect because charity begins at home.

Im a locum ohnp

I started with OCSA when i went in to do my practical hours. They then fell in love with how i quickly learned and my dedication. I started September 2017 to locum for them. OCSA is a walk in occupational clinic. We do medicals such as pre employment, baseline, periodic and exit medicals. The clinic hours are 08:00 till 16:00.

Pros: I am gaining experience and im learning alot.
Cons: Locum, cancellations when its not busy, less money

Good independent individual

I am currently working with people and the service it's been rated excellent by number of clients. I give good service to everyone dispice your status

Pros: Gender inequality
Cons: I don't like working at home
