Excellent Learning Curve, Great personnel relations

Obaro is a growing company, and relationships between employers and employees, employees and employees are easy to maintain and even motivated from top management. The company is a great learning place where personal attention is possible to each new employee. I started a a supply chain claims clerk and after being the best I possibly could be, I got promoted to being a buyer/procurer. Obaro entrusts a lot of trust in its employees as a centralised procuring department. I feel I have handled most challenges to best of my ability and would like to take everything I have learned up until now to a new environment and new growing company, preferably in cities in Gauteng as I desire a position in a location making it possible for me to reside in Pretoria. Great agriculture sales experience

Honesty and hard work.

Every A tipical day staA tipical day starts with a short meeting where dailly but not every day tasks are given out. Stock sheets are checked and discrepansies are attended to . Daily balincing sheets are checked and signed of. I use floorwalks to identify any problems in the retail shop. I use a hands on approach and chat whith most of the eployees through the work day. Good learning view

Good place with good working environment, busy place with assistant of customers and cooperative employees. The company was always busy with supplying the customers with materials that they have purchased. There was good opportunity for learning other duties and also obtaining promotion for other levels. Employees and customers where cooperative. It was that was dealing with lot of deliveries.

Empty Promises

A typical work day would be to go to work and monitor the network environment for any changes or errors that might have occured through the night, I'm the only Network Engineer at Obaro and I am on standby 24/7 so I have software that monitors the environment and sends me reports. I would check if the Servers are successfully backed up and be on standby to assist with calls with problems at the branches. I also implement and maintain the VOIP environment for the whole business as well as do development on new servers / software and making sure that patch management is being done correctly. A typical work day would be to do checks to see that the business is in perfect operational condition and take the rest of the day from there.

Good opportunity for training

Atypical work day would include advising customers in store visits to corporate customers to generate orders stock counts, ordering stock.Most challenging aspect would be resolving complaints from customers.What I enjoyed most was on site inspection of installations to identify cause of failure of pumps and motors.

WORKING IN RECEIVING RECEIVING OF NEW STOCK SORTING AND PUTTING STICKERS ON NEW STOCK MERCHANDISING FILING ANSWERING TELEPHONES STOCKTAKING ON A WEEKLY BASIS WHERE I NEED TO RESTOCK SHELVES AS WELL AS SEE TO PRICES AND DAMAGED STOCKS DISPATCHING OF STOCK TO INTERBRANCHES
