A wonderful working experience and customer service

My typical work day includes daily fuel stock checks, supervision of attendants and cashiers as well as customer service. I am also responsible for replenishing stock and fuel deliveries, as well as reconciliations. My working relationship with staff is perfect and we have a mutual respect for each other. My managers are dependant on me to ensure the efficient day to day running of the forecourt. I mainly enjoy working with customers and I believe that I have been able to take control of any situation that has arisen. The main challenges I have experienced are in the form of unruly customers but I have been able to be polite yet firm when solving disputes. I have learnt to keep my composure during hectic moments and to communicate well with my colleagues as well as management.

Pros: Great working experience especially staff management and client service.
Cons: Long working hours and being on permanent stand-by
