Good experience

My relationship with my boss was very excellent,but my boss is very difficult person.I learned hard to know him better.The things that I have learned is to respect,lesson & not to take something that not belongs to you. I have learned how to fix the water machine & few more things.I enjoy my jop when the company is doing well obviously the boss becomes en crack some jokes there. The most critical is when we have a lot of deliverys & there's no power,we really struggling.

Pros: Opportunities are there only if you are a hard worker
Cons: From 8:30-5:30

Good experience

Excellent learning

Good Day I am going to share some good news and challenging ones which i've meet hear at my work place. The company am working at now is not a big company. At Oasis water I 've lot of things. When I came hear I was new and didn't know anyone but then I started making friends with employees.At Oasis water we are purifying Water, Making 100% juices. The most challenging thing was big orders. If some came and place a big order we forced to ensure that is made and given to a costumer. It was a must because the customer wanted it at that date he/she has given us.I have learned lot of things there because it was my first managerial experience

Pros: I started as general worker then cashier now am the shop manager
Cons: i enjoy working long hours

Young energetic willing to learn

Working with customer in and outside shop, Delivery place to place and in contact with clients all day. Relationship is very good with co- workers and boss. Learnt to clean water machines and working with cash sometimes do extra work for the boss what ever he ask i must assist with. Enjoy communication with clients and see places with the delivery during day. Like to learn extra.

Pros: Great to workat the company looking for promotion want to go further in life.

Its a work with deadlines and working under lot of pressure that is not a problem for me.

Typical work day is doing all the invoices - Royalties / Rebates / Invoices for sales Debt Collection through the month. Bank reconciliation every day Customer Relationship day to day I am always having a good relationship with my co-workers I have learn a lot under a lot of pressure I enjoy the most to work on my own The most challenging is to do debt in because its franchisees that is part of a family so you have a different relationship with them

Pros: The pros is to learn to work under pressure
Cons: Never opportunity to get promotions.. Just getting more work but not salaries

Easier to socialize with customers

I really enjoy working at this company mostly because I'm working with two great co workers who really have been there for me since day one when i started they are the ones who showed me everything unlike my employees they dont want ypu to learn or gain experience

Challenging and great experience learnt

Oasis Water Port Alfred is family owned business that I was a managing partner. I was involved in every aspect of the business from: Front of shop: sales, customer service, staff support and stock control Stock: deliveries, ordering of stock, stock takes and quality control Admin Ensuring cash ups are correct at end of day Cash control Financial admin done on quickbooks Debit/credit control

Pros: Challenging, thinking on your feet

Was to learn to control to be relaxed in stressful situations.

My relationship with co-workers were great we get along very well. I enjoyed working with the customers and being a sales person. I have learned donig office work, stock controling, interacting with clients. Speaking more confidently on the phone with clients. What i enjoy most when there is a there is an problem at work and it gives me an opportunity to sort it out as soon as possible.

Had a great working experience and there are times where we had to work under pressure...

My experience at oasis was exciting though there were some challenges but in all that I believe that working as a team and putting our differences aside makes work enjoyable. My relationship with other workers was a bit hard because I was new there but as time went by,I learned to accept them as they were. I knew what brought me to work so that made me to focus on my job. I've learned that in a work place there's no time for personal things. And most importantly that a customer is always right. The only challenge I had was only my co- workers, they were a bit rude but I always kept my cool..

Pros: It was a great learning curve
Cons: Long working hours
