Working at Oasis is a challenge you learn everyday as you are working with 5 centres and I am at the Head office. Working environment is very accomodating as there are mentally challenged people. Staff is very friendly and understanding willing to jump in when a need arises. Meeting deadlines even if it means you have to go an extra mile. Working as a team.

Pros: Not soon as next position is Financial Management position
Cons: Overtime

Well balanced and always something new to learn each day

Its a pleasure to work at my current company. Each is different and rewarding in its own way. My coworkers are a very interesting bunch to work with and never a dull moment with them around. The work place is full of challenges but that's what I enjoy

Cons: No room to grow

Working as supervisor of 2 Bookkeepers

It is challenging to be in my position as it is a large organisation it is 5 organisations in one organisation we have 5 centres. It is dealing with mentally challenged people so I learnt to accomodate everybody irrespective of who they are. We are working as team in the department. Working with people that always lift your spirits even if you are down. Working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Pros: Not soon as next position is Financial Management position
Cons: Working late
