Excellent Learning Curve

It was a great company to work for especially at entry level. I learned a lot about hard work as well as working as a team. It taught me plenty in terms of reaching targets as well as striving to achieve them. I learned cold calling, talking to different types and of people and their different personalities.

Pros: Incentives and lucrative commission
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent Communication Skills

I am currently working in a Brokerage company. I have another call center experience in debt collection for past 3 years. I have a diploma in bookkeeping but has never worked in finance so I am looking forward to grow. I am looking for a company that can give me an opportunity to prove myself. I am a hard worker, target driven person, can reach or submit before my deadline, work overtime, shifts and I am willing to relocate. I will be happy if I get this opportunity to work as creditors clerk. I am willing to learn.

Huge personal growth and development

I have gained expert training and experience that allows me to groom a high performing team, Through 10 years of sales experience in many industries I have refined my skills and have an ability to transfer and teach these skills to others, this has allowed me to be able to have strong relationships with staff and business partners,

Pros: help to mentor and see people grow
Cons: Work completely independant, little or no support from HR

Excellent challenging experience

I'm a hard worker by nature, I enjoy competition especially if I get rewarded for perfoming at my level best. Yet I enjoy team work however I am the greatest competitor of my own because I set my own target to meet monthly.

Pros: Great opportunity to earn big commission
Cons: Working with stereotype clients but get chance to change their attitude with my service delivery
