Good to great everyone polite manner get to communicate to workers you trust ,I have learnt lots dealing with different clients and help them with IT support work and that is also what i do enjoy doing and sometimes finding a root to a problem can take time before solving

Pros: the Working contract of company is good but they do not pay overtime when working long hours and after hours
Cons: 07H00 to 17H30

I enjoyed the opportunity of working in mining for the past year and a bit, very interesting.

Analysis on Previous day stock (production report of mine), review of payments that has to be done for mine, review of cashflows for company, monthly analysis of BS and IS, review of all creditors recons and GL accounts, relationships with employees are good, communication is everything, I have learnt how you treat people is how they will treat you. I enjoy working with figures, the analysis, tracing it back to the point of origion. Most challenging if people don't have the interests of the company at heart and the work against you.

Pros: Not a lot of overtime
Cons: All employees get treated the same, the fact that you are management you do not get treated differently
