Productive environment to work in

very productive environment to for in everyday is different and fun in my department we get along as colleques and have built a bond we like a family now I deal with UMAS AND Brokers on a daily basis to approve their quote I enjoy when they try to suck up so I can give them a good rate on risks most challenging aspects of the job is having to arrange reinsurance for a certain risk and it takes forever to give brokers feedback I can be quiet frustrating. I also do bordereaux's and it can be quiet frustrating having to wait on UMA and brokers to submit in time as I also get penalised by my finance department if I don't Reconcile my reports in time for premium and Sasria submissions :(

Pros: always room for growth
Cons: long working hours

Attributes and overall work summary

I have worked in the insurance industry both Life and Short-term for over 10yrs. I am currently working at Nzalo Insurance as a claims technician. I am an assertive individual with determination to succeed in life. I am a go-getter and goal driven. I work well in a team and under pressure. The fact that I have been in a call centre environment for so long is living proof that I can work well under pressure. A call centre job is the most strenuous and most demanding as research has shown over the years. I believe I will be a great asset to any company with the amount of experience I have gained over the years.

Pros: Great working environment, Diverse cultures, excellent support from team managers
Cons: Company Financial instability
