INSTALL maintain and provide user support for SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS. Install and maintain data communication hardware and software and support users. Tutor personnel in COMPUTER SYSTEMS operations and usage. Excellent learning curve
Relationship with my co-wokers was good because we worked as a team everything that we did it was team work. Learning about PBX, VoIP, sage,crm,ERP, & on how to communicate with our clients. Typical work day is when as a staff member not being appreciated at the company about the good work we did. - The most challenging aspects of the job Not being able to get clients a everyday in a week. What you enjoy most Getting to learn about phones & fibres, VoIP & meeting new people & clients.
