It has been a long and good journey working at nwj

I manage staff in store ,do high value counts once a week ,do vault once a month,do daily banking ,daily counts in the morning and evening ,merchandising ,receive stock, make sales ,credit,changing watch batteries,making watces smaller or bigger and making the store clean. The relationship with my co-workers is good because we work as a team and keep the business going. I have learnt that for the store to reach the target monthly i need to work hard and do whats best to keep the company going. i enjoy working with happy customers and giving them the best service. The most challenging aspects with my job was when we got robbed ,it was verry hard for me to pull my self together. and also difficult customers.

The opportunity of working for this company is amazing, but I believe in growth.

The working environment is close knit, everyone get along. The duties are delighted among everyone fairly. I learnt the merchandising skill, handling stock and cash independently. The store is a new quiet mall, which makes it a bit slow in sales so far. But as a team we’ve came with an idea of canvassing for accounts outside the mall, which is doing good. Two weekends off in a month also makes my job fun. The working hours are however dreading, as we are short staffed.

Pros: Great opportunity in learning management duties.
Cons: No growth opportunities

Growth in Sales

With the experience I have with NWJ Jewellery I am able to elevate and solve problems. And I got a bigger picture in the Sales Industry. I am willing to pass it on as a mentor to others.

Excellent

My work experience have helped me gained my confidence and to be able to work individual. My job is to sell jewellery and making sure that the customer is happy. I love my job, you create friends that are your customers and its gives you joy when someone appreciates your your help. Am I hard worker and a friendly person, who always wants peace. We work as a team and ensures that everyone makes a target that will also create growth in the company.
