Being promoted from lower level to a managerial level

Working for nutri feeds was a great pleasure for me. The people are hard working and well to work with. But after I was promoted to a management position . I was maliciously treated by the people I was reporting to. They never gave me a chance to excises my position.

Pros: Promotions not really.
Cons: The hours are very awkward

Best place to develop young people. Very sociable place to work.

A good place with room for improving amd change hpw they treat employees. They take decisions that only benefit them only. The work is stimulating and challenging

Pros: Best career and skills development
Cons: Working on all public holidays
