Good company everyone including directors always doing what is expected from them.

A typical day at the office is always busy , we got people running around before work to try and get a jump start to they day, just so that we can do what is expect from ourselves and do what's best for the company. Everyday most of our staff will work overtime until 9Pm and they would still get up the next morning to be at work at 8am. I have learnt alot from Nutec, I enjoy waking up everyday trying to take on a new challenge and always getting the job done.

Pros: Taking on new challenges everyday, learning new things, great opportunity
Cons: Long hours of work (working a lot of overtime)

Excellent development

A typical work day would be fast pace, urgency at all times. Changes is product's to be manufactured occurs more often that it should. Order deadline change all the time. Relationship with Co worker's is professional. What I enjoy most is service delivery on time and in full. The most challenging aspect is to keep the warehouse physical stock accurate to system stock as there is movement whole day and everyday.

Pros: Opportunity for further education
Cons: Impossible turn around times

Excellent learning curve

- Typical work day is just a normal day with not a lot of challenges. Great relationship with co-workers - I became more actively involved in the manufacturing side of the business and gained a lot of experience in this area. I enjoy the passion of the directors and the hard work they put into the business. Typical challenges is communication.
