Excellent experience

it has been a very interesting learning experience; started off as a consultant, only able to do the basics. At the moment am the HR administrator for the KZN branch, and second -in-charge to the Manager. My daily duties include capturing hours worked, confirmation of employment, basic admin duties, updating staff's details and qualifications, and payroll. These duties are based alot on team work and allowing for each person in the team to work their best so as to ensure that the allocated work is completed timeously and accurately. Other duties include invoicing, and providing both the client; and management with consolidated monthly HR Reports, IOD Submissons, screening of staff, reference checks, completing and submitting of UIF documentation, arranging interviews, hearing and/or assisting with disciplinary procedures.

Pros: It was a great learning experience
Cons: Not much opportunity for career growth

I have relocated and this is my first job but not my ideal job.

I love my work but due to my current job description and cannot work my full potential because I know that I have lots more to offer. I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers and I am always being approached for assistance and advice. My customer queries experience has allowed me to become more patient and tolerant and made me become more sensitive to the needs of the clients. I have learnt to treat people the way I would want to be treated. The most challenging is handling very difficult and angry customers and just listening without interruption really tests my patience. I really enjoy that, at the end of the day there are so many satisfied customers because of my ability to render excellent service to them it accelerated the company to new heights and has become new competition. I do have much more experience than this and would like to be given an opportunity to be able to showcase my strengths an capabilities.

Pros: I am looking for opportunities for promotions and climbing up the corporate ladder.
Cons: I am very flexible with working hours and have no problem putting in the extra hours.

I am greatful for work.

This suvey will not have any purpose in my case, since this is agency work. It is not permanent. I work if there is work available. I get paid only around R800 per shift

Pros: I can at least work and earn something, while looking for a permanent job
Cons: There is no regular work roster. I work when work is available. I do not know the top structure.

Being responcible

I am a very energetic, compassionate and competent nurse, skilled and highly motivated. I have excellent time management skills and I am a critical thinker, with four years of hands on experience while studying. Awaiting results to be a Registered Nurse. I am good with assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating based on resource availability.

Good working environment

My days at work was very hectic,we work as a team.I gain a lot from others.Good interpersonal relationship.we respect each other.confidentiality was our main focus.we function well under pressure.i enjoy when I see patient condition improve.seeing patient compliance.The most challenging is when the condition of patient doesn't improve or patient end up dieng.

Pros: I wanted to see myself as head of department.
Cons: We are working from 7 to 19hoo

Learned my lesson

this was the best lesson I had ever learned. These guys promised me the world, so I left my job, and went to join them. what a mistake, they never paid me my salary as agreed, always giving unpaid leave. Never trusted or believed anything. After a 2 month period I got suspended for working overtime at another place, but they were not paying me... it was hectic.
