Nurses On Call Reviews

I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience from Nurses On Call

typical work day: setting schedules for reps in Durban, JHB and Cape Town. Debt collections - ensuring that there is enough to pay Nurses weekly, PAYE and VAT monthly and other operating expenses. Submitting Reports and Graphs to the CEO. Relationship with co-workers ... I am approachable yet stern. Regular meetings setting out expectations. I learnt how to manage people effectively. Enjoy meeting clients and maintaining relationships. Follow ups with negative incidents and providing feedback with effective solutions - this is most satisfying. Challenging - currently assisting with the development of two Apps. Although it is challenging, it is definitely most rewarding. The technology keeps me on my toes.

Pros: Great company to work for
Cons: Living in a different Province weekly
