JOB challenges and Opportunities

My company is awesome to work for and it is a diversity place and people. We have a great relationship with every one and we work as a team. the challenging aspect s of the job is to depend on 3rd party for information and some services. sometimes my urgency and their urgency are not the same and it is sometimes frustrating. Delivering a service to a customer and that customers apprecietes that service and acknowledges it and your efforts, that is so enjoyful. with ever changing technology and challenges which we are faced with and logistical issues around making sure that we still remain relavant to the industry these are the common treaths which we are faced with daily and we need to continuosly find ways and means to remain the prefered supplier and service provider.

Pros: Well there is growth as the company grows
Cons: personal growth is currently limited for now.

Opportunity to learn about payment systems.

I work with a team of IT Business System Analysts and what we do is manage and control banking transactions for our merchants. Mainly we focus on the processing of debits and creating financial process flows. This is a completely new industry, working and learning experience for me and I find it very interesting.

Pros: Learn everyday.
Cons: Demands time.
