Getting lot of experience as i am always learning

I have worked with municipalities like Venterdorp in a project that was awarded to Nungu concerning revenue enhancement for that municipality. We did metering for them ,changing the old electricity meters for new ones. I am part of revenue enhancement for Tshwane Municipality, helping the municipality to collect its revenue from debtors. Dealing with customers on daily basis.

Pros: Solving problems, dealing with customers, being commissioned for job well done
Cons: Difficult customers

First time in this industry as i am from FMCG industry. Nice experience.

Working here has given me an opportunity to go and present our services to municipalities and other corporate companies. Talking to the community made me exposed to different minds and more about customer service as customers think defferently and have different needs. We are not a big company like i am used to but the company goals we make sure that they are met as we have the common goal. The culture is great and the work ethics.

Pros: Working together to reach a common goal
Cons: People who don't want to do their jobs
