Good maintenance curve

very nice working Environment,learning a lot when it comes to maintenance and faultfindings. i also learn a lot about report writing especially when theres failures. the daily report,weekly and monthly helps a lot. i can basically depend on myself,i make my own decisions when on site.

Pros: great opportunity for enhancing my fault finding skills and management skills.
Cons: unpaid standby and overtime.
