Professional/technical skills, reaches established goals and expectations

Having to multi-task is not easy but it comeas with the job and I have learnt to master that. meeting deadlines on a daily basis is what motivates the day to going as there is always something to do and dealing with couriers you need to be extra vidulent and make sure diliveries are time. team work for the company I work for secures all loop ends of each project and secures the companies value. I enjoy being in control of cross boarder as I mostly do the work on my own and have it check when its all done and I enjoy being given a pat on the back. even though it gets frustrating month end when I have to produce reports and I cannot complete my work due to customs holding parcels or couriers not handing inn reports.

Pros: As I'm an intern I personally feel this is a time for a promotion to a permanent position as I have proven myself.
Cons: yes at times we have to put inn extra hours due to late shipment but its enjoyable because we are a team.

Not good

I love working with people i am a peoples person best part of my job is to resolve a problem and meeting clients for the 4years im at nucleus iv learnt alot and i love experiencing new things and i love challenge my relationship with my co workers are 100%

Pros: Working at nucleus i loved it
Cons: Working hours 8 till 5 i dont have an issue

All rounder

I management our cape town branch from start to end, reconcile all accounts, check that all sites are operating correctly and if they require anything from stationery, i have advanced excel skills which i make use of on a monthly bases to check rates and reconcile my data. Bookkeeping to trial balance and Office management. I love my current company as it has taught me a lot but i feel stuck and need room to grow as i feel i have reached my potential at my current job

Call centre supervisor

I'm currently a supervisor for my team. Call it team as everyone plays a role and are productive. I have strong leadership skills, very determined and highly motivated. I am able to multi task and still work well under presure. I do get carier driven when goals and targets are set. To get best results on my work, i am passionate, competent and flexible. Our working eviroment is wonderfull as we have good communication among our selves. It is chalanging to have a query from a customer whom does not want to understand or accept a disapointment from the his or her request. Regards Elizabeth Morwa Moatshe
