FREEDOM!!! we GET TO TRY FIXING PROBLEMS IN OUR OWN WAY AND THAT WAY WE GET TO HAVE A SENSE OF ACHIEVEMENT. On a regular day we review our prospective accounts/clients and work hard to try to meet our quota. - The company is full of interns mostly in the development phase and a good number of them came through a SETA program to gain experience. We work together in a group but also have our own accounts or projects to work on. - I have learnt a lot and met great people. i learnt to code in PHP and python, i learnt to use WordPress and write tech blog articles in the companies website. - I enjoyed the projects we did for the startup companies that came to us wanting help whether it be for lead generation, online presence, MVP and launching their companies. I also enjoyed attending the my broadband tech conferences.

Excellent learning curve.

Its a great company with minimal work days with the main idea being to get your work done. great co-workers and excellent atmosphere. should know how to work under pressure.

Good learning curve

My day at work is not as interesting as it would be in corporate I work every Tuesday and Tuesday at a coffee shop. I sit on my laptop for a good 3 hours before I go out for lunch with my colleagues. I come back after an hour from lunch then sit on my laptop again till 3hours. Not unless if I have meetings then my days go a little bit longer. to my desk.

Pros: Great opportunity for networking
Cons: Less resources
