Not challenging enough

A typical work day consists of sales of movie tickets to customers, co-worker relationships are average. Iv learnt nothing much really just to be persistent in signing up customers for loyalty cards. The most challenging aspect is signing up customers for loyalty cards who do not want to.

Pros: Promotion opportunities are available.
Cons: Standing on feet for duration of working hours.

Not Fair

In general I like to work here but the job is not offering any benefits no bonuses and we have to work on all pub holiday most Sundays and till late at night with no payment for that. We have a lot to do from marketing to stock and staff management and training we also have to fulfill hr duties when ever the need arises. Since I have started here I have not received any bonus or incentive for performance and when you want to take you days off there is always a reason why you cant have it.

Pros: not at the moment no
Cons: long working hours sometimes we dont get a off day for 14 days

Great company culture

Turnurned around the business from a business in distress to one that has exceeded all expectations and double in turnover year on year. Amazing Exco team that I am part of. No silos. Pros: Great team. Excellent culture
Cons: Ridiculous long hours. Calls around midnight etc. Movie hours. 7 days a week.

Good team to work with

Good working environment, with a Team I have worked with for at least 10 years in 2 separate companies. Demanding Job and highly detailed orientated job function. Very fun as well.s well.
