Making other's day's

I manage a team on 2 to ensure our talent is constantly engaged and recognised. I love working with people, managing executive stakeholder relationship, and ensuring people come first! Reporting to the CHRO of a global organisation means working with speed and accuracy. This can often prove challenging. Over the last 4 years, I have acted like a sponge always curious and interested in learning more from all those I am lucky enough to engage with.
