Current work experience

On any given day I have interactions with people from different levels as I provide support both for Time Sheets as well as project scheduling and co-ordination. I get along with most co-workers and have good working ethics. I have learnt how to behave professionally and how to treat people from different backgrounds with respect irrespective of age or gender. The most challenging part is getting Project Managers to keep their project schedules up to date and as representative as possible.

Adapt easily, good communication skill,willing to learn

i enjoy my every day work as I help hr reps with their daily Admin e.g capturing data, taking orders and processing them. They are very nice and I've learned a lot from them. I've learned almost every duty of hr Admin and I enjoy capturing data and processing orders for clients. I sometimes have to work under pressure and extra hours as well.

Pros: great opportunity for office work
Cons: Long working hours

My experience at NTP Radioisotopes has aided me to shape my corporate character

#A typical work day- alot of walking around aiding users which was the best part #Your relationship with co-workers- its fine cant work in a tense environments. #What you have learnt- how to deal with office politics and working on your goals constructively. #What you enjoy most- solving users issues and any other I.T related issues. #The most challenging aspects of the job- when there is no electricity in the building.

Pros: got a chance to gain experience in the IT field
Cons: didn't get exposed to what i love most

A wonderful opportunity

To think constantly on ways to improve excellence is what I enjoy most and throughout my life, through opportunities in politics and in government, nothing gave me greater pleasure than being of use to those I work with. That is even the greater benefit to me as a professional, media practitioner and citizen where I work for Africa's leading nuclear medicine producer and supplier.

Great learning opportunities for scientist

typical work day: meeting with team to have an overview of burning issues and once resolved the previous day. I am a very good communicator and passionate about relationship building and info sharing. most challenging aspect about my current job: I travel about 1hr to work and information sharing from management very poor. no direction and we always putting out fires. what i love, all success stories from patients on how many lives we have saved. how the Hay grading system works.

Pros: growth opportunities great
Cons: we not reaching out to the less fortunate and our industry only focuses on people who already out there.

Good career growing position and eye-opener.

I love to make a difference in life, mostly living a good memory the job well done. Seeing customers leave a customer complain meeting having restored their trust back is just priceless. Least but not last, nothing is most satisfying than to have a functional team that trusts and relies on each other. Research and implementing a new product always brings excitement and fulfillment in its own way.

Typical work

Typical work day includes the following: - Morning meeting - Plant visit - Writing documents I interact with various disciplines on a daily basis. These include engineers, scientists, safety officers, etc. The most enjoyable part of my job is the knowledge I get from different projects. This include how to apply systems engineering, project management, etc. The most difficult part is the nuclear environment that is very dangerous.

NTP RADIOISOTOPES IS A WELL ESTABLISHED COMPANY FOCUSING ON THE SUPPLY OF MEDICATION TO CURE CANCER. THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT IS SO FRIENDLY TO WORK AT. WE AIM TO BE A WORLD CLASS COMPANY IN SUPPLY OF MEDICINAL PRODUCTS. WHAT I LEARNED FROM WORKING HERE IS TO PUT OUR CUSTOMER FIRST ESPECIALLY OUR CANCER PATIENTS. WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST ABOUT MY JOB IS GETTING THE FEEDBACK ROM THE CLIENT ABOUT THE SERVICE I HAVE PROVIDED. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF MY JOB IS GETTING THE PRODUCT OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA AS WE ALSO SUPPLY TO OUR OVERSEES CLIENTS.

Career advancement

Not much happens at work on any given day. I have a great working relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt a lot about projects and project management. I mostly enjoy projects and process improvements if the scope allows. The challenges experienced is that opportunities to grow are scarce and I need to still grow in my career.

I have worked as a Legal Administrator for more than 10 years and my vast experience has helped me understand the extensive knowledge of current legal practices as well as experience of providing efficient administrative support to lawyers and legal advisors. I possess excellent organizational and time management skills and also fully understand the need for accuracy and complete confidentiality when handling legal documents for submission to clients or opposing counsel. I am a Records Management Champion. I handle budget allocation for the legal unit and process invoices for payment
