I have learnt to deliver the best service to clients, communication skill and meeting deadlines.

I have worked for NTP Consulting for the past 3 years, I enjoy very much working for my company, It gets very busy towards month end which I enjoy very much to change lives of people who are seeking assistance.I get along very well with my colleagues,we work as a team, I would say we are family. What I have learnt is that in order for you to be happy in work place, you need to work smart, respect , deliver and always strive to for the best.I enjoy what I do reason being I like to see a turn around time of a person who has been in need of a better life, I would say my motivation is a "job well done", that's what keeps me going and to push even further.The most challenging aspect of the job I would say when I do collection,dealing with clients who are refusing to cooperate in regards to the service rendered.

Pros: I would say I am a chief delisting officer, I report direct to the Managing Director.
Cons: I report to the office at 07:30 and I knock off at 16:30 but I don't go home until the job is done.

Customer Service

I am a hard working individual, I get along with people either individually or in groups. NTP Consulting has taught me to work independent and offer my total range of service to clients. I enjoy mostly putting smile on my client's faces , my motivation is "Job Well Done". The most challenging aspect is when I have to do collection for client who are not paying for service rendered. I would appreciate it If my application can be taken into consideration. Thank you Grace Phamlane.

Pros: Company I' m working for is not that big, I appreciate growing tremendously in my field and working independently.
Cons: I start working at 07:30 and finish when the job is done for the day.

Great learning experience

Ntp consulting is a great company with a huge possibility of growing and flexible enough to express your creativity .l enjoy working for Ntp consulting for several reasons such as , the corporate culture,the work ethnics, the level of understanding withing employees and company executive, the team work and the company chose to conduct business in general made all the difference
