IT Support Full support of software and hardware on all PCs, laptops and notebooks. Coordinate installation of all new equipment Responsible for all desktop/laptop/notebook-related support and setting up & configuring network equipment such as local and network printers, radio frequency devices. Remote support, managing help desk, investigate problems and provide solutions on queries relating to IT systems, Escalating ticket to senior technicians regarding unresolved problems and provide feedback on status of problems. Managing Office 365 accounts, POP and IMAP accounts Provide 1st level network support. Check daily status of Backups and ensure accuracy & security of Backup media, Managing the IT assets register. Field Support First line Desktop Support Configuring Backup units, rotations, and installation of units Setting up Access Points (Unifi) and managing them Server administration (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS) Setting VPN’s on FortiClient

I have learnt to work under pressure with all technicians.

Abworking at nth degree has taught me so much in the accounts industry i have learnt so much and grew here this has become my second home. I love what i do and i work as hard as i can to maintain a balance betweekn managing techs and accounts .
