Excellent learning curve

It's a great job, but the environment is not. The manager is never satisfied with the results I produce, which makes it difficult to know if I'm ever doing anything right. At the moment I'm discouraged, because I feel like my job is not secured. I can get fired any time. reat

A typical work day would be arriving at work at 7:30. then immediately resume work from the previous day (If there were any left). Work under extreme pressure until days end. Arrive at home around 5 and immediately start practice drawing or work on freelance art commissions until around 8:00. After everything is finished I spend around 2 hours looking for graphic design work. ( Since I'm extremely eager to get my career started.

Pros: (the only reason I am working at this company is because the circumstances the world is in. To help provide for the family if my parents lose their job), Close to my house.
Cons: Often work overtime, constantly working under extreme pressure (but completing any challenge thrown my way) not furthering my career in any way.
