Pros: I am an ambitious and goal driven individual who works well in any situation. Excellent experience

Capturing,communicating with students, receiving application forms and checking documents

I was doing capturing. Checking the documents of the application are correct and sufficient..Communicating with the applicants to notify them with the miss document., also check if the followed the criteria. Receiving the manual application forms and counting each and every cupboard we receive and the forms inside. After that was reconcile all the forms we receive if it's equal from what we get from the system

Cons: 8 hours and more sometimes

he mission of the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) is to transform NSFAS into an efficient and effective provider of financial aid to students from poor and working class families in a sustainable manner that promotes access to, and success in, higher and further education and training, in pursuit of South Africa’s national and human resource development goals. The mission statement is made up of three distinct elements which describe why NSFAS exists, what it does, and the impact on its constituency: NSFAS exists to provide financial aid to eligible students at public TVET colleges and public universities; NSFAS identifies eligible students, provides bursaries, and collects student loan repayments to replenish the funds available for future generations of students; and NSFAS supports access to, and success in, higher education and training for students from poor and working class families who would otherwise not be able to afford to study.

My name is Linda Noloyiso Mkiva and I’m 32 years old. I’m applying for the post as I have gained experience in the administration field. I completed certificate in Human Resource Management N6 and certificate as a Book-keeper with the goal of obtaining my Bcom qualification in the near future. I have been working as Admin Clerk and as Data capture for over 10 years. In working with different companies I have gained experience in working with people and I have excellent communication skills. I have a high capacity to learn, ability to handle pressure, team player and deadline driven .

Excellent learning curve

I grew alot I am well trained in the education sphere and have a fair amount of experience when it comes to working with people. I communicate proficiently at all levels. I perform well under pressure and I meet and exceed expectation and deadlines. Individually and collectively I set very high standards and try relentlessly to peruse them. I am self-motivated and self-managed and I am always fully aware what is expected of me in my role. I am proactive in seeking necessary training in order to perform to the best ability in any role I undertake. I feel I am an excellent team player but I can function equally well unsupervised. I have a good attitude to authority and I am not averse to being taught or starting in a junior capacity.
