work day must be with working with others Have to achieve our daily goals.People are very important in any business.Treat everyone the same and have no favorites.Always two sides to a story in any situation.Working as a team and going the extra mile.Always trying to get everyone's input making people responsible for there actions.

Hard working person
I am a hard working person and always go the extra mile. I would like my boss and myself to have a good understanding. I am willing to learn quick and work extra hard and if it has to come that i need to work long hours I will do that. My previous company that I worked for was for Nedbank , I was a Personal assistant for 13 years and I liked it very much.

I learn each day because we are dealing with different people in the community and schools
It's small organisation dealing with external clients, it's challenging and fun, working with school children and helping them where we can bring a lot of joy on my heart. Our organisation focuses on outreach in the community and schools.
Pros: Getting to know different background
Cons: It's when we don't have funds to help that particular person but we do referrals.
