Excellent learning curve

A typical work day would include alot of advertising posts,recruiting,screening,shortlisting,emailing suppliers,capturing and submitting statutory compliance reports,doing office management that the running of the office is in order,ordering stationery,beverages and office equipment,sending successful candidate letters and regret letters,booking training and coordinating trainings and interviews

Pros: Yes great opportunity for promotion which they are not advertising for

Great learning experience

I learnt to work with very little budget and still get results. I run the marketing department on my own so a lot of the responsibility has fallen on me and I have improved in numerous aspects of brand strategy and marketing.

Great to work with

have very good verbal and written communications skills, at the same time pay great attention to detail. This enables me to interact and advise clients efficiently and effectively. I am looking for a position that is challenging, something that will allow me to learn more and will provide me with opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. If given the opportunity I see myself delivering a great service to your company. Thus, my objective is to obtain personal and professional growth through the expansion of my knowledge of corporate and business dynamics, as well as applying analytical and managerial problem-solving skills attained through my working experiences, academic qualifications and other development courses undertaken.

BEE Technical knowledge

I started as a Transformation manager and later was promoted to a Head of Transformation, because of my hard work and dedication to my work.
