Good place to learn and grow

My typical work day consists of but is not limited to doing helpdesk duties, backups and improvement research. I have a very good relationship with co-workers. I make friends easily and the people here are welcoming as well. I have learnt that being comfortable is one of the most dangerous things one can do to yourself. The company has thought me the value of hard work and personal growth. I enjoy the fact that i am always being challenged to be a better person with the type of interactions i have had in my time here. What I enjoy most about working here, is the fact that everyone can get along with each other causing synergy in the office. The most challenging aspects of my job is learning how to deal with the demands of people and delivering on the time they want and not so much the SLA`s. I have better time management now because of that.

Have leanrt allott in presentations

Company is dynamic and always evolving, but is can keep you isolated with limited growth. I feel I can add more to a new operation and with 22 years of experience is worth looking into so something I can bring to the table.

Pros: Learining a new skill everyday
Cons: growth is limited
