Lots of lessons learnt on what NOT to do in running a business

No structure or company strategy, this does not get communicated and driven down to lower end staff. No fairness. in the two years that i have been employed i had no one on one with my line manager so no engagement ,performance review or any idea of how you can improve or goals set

Pros: Met great colleagues
Cons: not a good company culture, not fair and favoritism plays a big role there

Lots of growth

I was a driver/forklift driver I enjoy everything about my job Even when there was a bit of pressure Because something thing really get tuff and when that happens It wasn't nice but enjoyable so I could see what I'm capable of I also have advance training

Excellent learning curve

Sales reps can have somewhat of a bad one (a rep that is!) trying to get you to buy their product. However this is a misconception as sales representatives play a vital role in a business as they are the ones who are tasked with proactively going out and selling a product or service to a business, Organisation, agency, or even a consumer. We need sales reps to help provide us with products and services we need; and to get them at the best price possible.

Team player

Freedom to work independently and do my work without supervision I enjoy working as part of a team Managers door always open for ideas that one might have and he is very hands on where need be Working very long hours is the only disadvantage

Pros: work with own pace without pressure but within set time frame
Cons: opportunity to grow very limited

Best Experience

best working environment, current position has helped me mature and understand distribution and warehousing in a broader light and as also pushed me as an individual to take initiative with all tasks taken on. Unfortunately the company had closed.

Great work relationship

Assisting with yearly service on the machines I am a team player I had a great working relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt to respect the next person and their opinions on the job. I enjoy fault finding and problem solving. The most challenging aspect for m would be lifting heavy duty for long periods of time
