Exellent growth oppertunity

Great working environment to learn while working and the experience gain was second to none. Very open book policy and senior management was always ready to help if you needed it whether for job or study related problems. Day to day I had to ensure that my team is on top of the production workload so deadlines could be met, while I start planning and preparing for the next shift to take over. The production teams that I had to deal with regularly was a very well adjusted bunch of young people and overall worked great together. I loved interacting with some of the clients and hearing how satisfied they are, 99% of the time. Most challenging was to com in after a weekend off and trying to catch up on what happened.

Pros: great oppertunity to learn and grow
