Tasks are delegated as per task requests. Most of the time working with excel. Relationship with co-workers is very good and no stabbing at the back. I have learnt different system used by CRO. I enjoy working with systems. Most challenging is working with Investigators payment were the payments are done centrally and don't have access to remittance advices.

Pros: Great opportuninty
Cons: No recognition for job well done.
