Holistic review of Amanda Mashile

My name is Amanda Mashile, MSc graduate from the University of Witwatersrand. Am currently completing an MBA with Mancosa (Management collage of South Africa), my research focus is on policies and health care systems. my pertinent work involves: Develop professional relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g., clinical operations) and external ones to anticipate their needs and provide them with value-adding solutions involving Novo Nordisk products. Attend scientific events or symposia and support the Medical Affairs Team providing medical information when appropriate, improving their own scientific and medical knowledge and developing professional relationships with key external stakeholders. I enjoy working in team and adding value to the company. I am hard worker who strive to exceed expectation in my work. I love my family, which are my husband and son. Groomed my Communication skills

The company had a innovative encouraging culture that inspired further leaning. I learned it's important for one to know their personal development and monitor it. I loved my Co workers,and saw that Novo loves diversity and working in teams which was good for one to thrive. Since the industry was pharmaceutical and I came from a business consulting background it was something totally different but I remember each day I learned, made mistakes and learned further and that's were one masters something. One major thing I saw my communication skills were challenged and groomed.

Excellent learning curve

An excellent experience thus far. Have great cross functional collaboration. Been a lot of growth and development. Enjoyed been exposed to various therapeutic areas.

Good place to start in the corporate world

on a daily basis I focus on debtors receipting, debtors collection, filing, admin, credit cards expenses. I like my colleagues as we strive towards a similar goal. I have been taught how to work on SAP B1, concur and PAF. I enjoy myself in busy days. the more work I have the more I am happy with what I do. I have not encountered difficulties yet, as I am taught well before I can start on a task

Great culture

With the company I enjoyed the overall culture meaning the warm,and interactive spaces we had with the sales and marketing team. Typical day would be our head of sales on a Monday coming into our board giving us a brief for the week and the target for that particular target each region has to achieve. And hears ftom us as to our different strategies for obtaining the targets.

Cons: No extention from contracts
